I have been in practice for over 20 years and work with adolescents, adults, and couples.

I am on the faculty of the Center for Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey. I earned my masters degree at Columbia University School of Social Work and my certificate in Psychoanalysis from the Contemporary Center for Advanced Psychoanalytic Studies. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in television production and the arts.

My way of practicing is informed by training in:

  • Contemporary psychoanalysis
  • Attachment Theory
  • Depth Oriented Brief Therapy
  • Stan Tatkin: Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy
  • The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy
  • EMDR
